Effective Date: May 28, 2025These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the game Cobus, developed and operated by Phoenic Interactive ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or playing Cobus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the game.
Use of the Game
Cobus is intended for entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the game in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner. You must not:
Use the game to harass, threaten, or harm others
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Use automation tools, cheats, or hacks
Share or distribute harmful content or behavior in the game
Player Accounts and Identification
When you play Cobus, certain information such as your in-game username and ID may be collected to manage your account and enforce the rules. You are responsible for any actions taken through your account.
Bans and Suspensions
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any player for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. We may also ban players for conduct not listed here if we determine it is harmful to the community, security, or the integrity of the game.
Required Suspension for Children Under Age 10
If a player is under the age of 10, their parent or legal guardian must:

Failure to suspend use and submit a deletion request for a player under 10 will result in a permanent ban. This is to comply with child data protection requirements and maintain a safe environment.
Ownership and Rights
All content in Cobus, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, characters, and game mechanics, is the property of Phoenic Interactive or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any part of the game without express permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
By playing Cobus, you agree that Phoenic Interactive is not responsible or liable for any physical injury, emotional distress, or mental harm that may occur while using or interacting with the game. The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Use of the game is at your own risk.
Termination
We may terminate your access to Cobus at any time and for any reason. These Terms remain in effect even after your access is removed.

Generated by PlayFab. Used for banning, awarding cosmetics, and managing player accounts.

Granting cosmetics and in-game rewards

Securing the game environment and preventing abuse
We do not sell or share your information for advertising or marketing purposes.
